These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MeasureMints mobile application (the "App") operated by Measuremints, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of the profile information, mints, photos, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Measuremints, LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate the App and to share data with the connections you choose. You are responsible for the content you submit and for the legality of sharing information about third parties with your connections.

You may delete your account at any time inside the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Measuremints, LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Measuremints, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
