Measuremints, LLC ("MeasureMints," "we," "us," or "our") operates the MeasureMints mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, and a hashed copy of your password.
Profile and Mint data. Information you choose to add — profile photo, optional date of birth, mint profiles (people you want to remember things about), and the attributes you store on each (sizes, favorites, likes/dislikes, important dates).
Contacts (optional). If you grant the iOS or Android Contacts permission and enable contact access in the App, we read entries from your device address book to match phone numbers and emails against existing MeasureMints users. Contact data is used only for matching and is not sold, advertised against, or shared with third parties.
Push notification tokens. If you enable notifications we receive a device push token from Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can deliver notifications you have opted into.
Diagnostic and usage information. Limited service logs (timestamps, error reports, in-app feedback you submit via the Shake reporter on iOS) used to operate, secure, and improve the App.
With other users. Only information you explicitly elect to share — by accepting a mint request, sharing a profile, or granting category access — is visible to the connections you choose.
Service providers. We use the following infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations:
Legal. We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell personal information.
We retain your account and content until you delete your account or request deletion. Some operational logs may persist for a limited period for security and diagnostic purposes.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit and encryption at rest via our infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We operate in the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
